Review This is one of those specialty book introduces coaches to the agility ladder and explains it's usefulness. But its true value is in the 50+ sequences or exercises that can be performed- including multiple player, shooting and GK exercises. Sequences are diagramed showing left and right foot placement making them easy to understand. Geared toward coaches of travel and higher levels of teams it is a recommended purchase.
