Review Each Book in the FUNdamental series is a must have for every new youth coach. Mr Dewzien boils down the topics to their base elements and clearly explains them. This is designed for new coaches organizing their first team. It does a good job of explaining roles of the coach and team manager. As well as, helping the new coach set parental expectations. It's an easy read with lots of useful info.
