Depending on the item, each category of products are evaluated on any four from the following criteria: Quality of Information, Quality of production or diagrams to help convey the info, Clarity of the main idea, Overall rating, Value for the money, Ease of use, and Functionality. Why must I sign up to post a review? It’s a proven web practice to have users register before being allowed to post. I registered on the site so why can't I post reviews or see certain content? For website security there are two steps to creating an account. First, you register your username, password, and email address. Then, you will be sent an email, usually in less then 10 minutes, that confirms your account information and asks you to activate your account. Many new users are not familiar with the activation step and have problems initially. If you have done both steps and still have problems please contact us. (top)
I want to buy a product, is shopping secure? We try to insure shopping security by providing links directly to the product manufacturer, provider or a qualified vendor. We check every link to make sure it leads to a safe, secure, reputable site where you can complete your purchase. We also recommend you read each vendor’s privacy policy. (top)

How do I get my product/service reviewed? Just suggest an item to be reviewed. Tell us what company you are from, describe your product and tell us your involvement with the product (manufacturer, owner, etc). Sending us photos is helpful and sending us a review copy is necessary. An editor will contact you to discuss other requirements needed for us to conduct a review. (top)
